Geepas Iraq — Shopify Store & Custom Warranty App
Geepas Iraq needed an end-to-end e-commerce build on Shopify — including complete Liquid theme customization for the regional market, along with high-scale automation for warranties and rewards. I developed and customized the entire storefront theme with native RTL support, implemented all custom store features and layouts, and built a dedicated Shopify Remix backend application to handle warranty registrations, tiered loyalty rewards, and real-time Zoho Inventory sync.
Problem
The business needed a high-performance storefront optimized for local conversions and mobile UX, coupled with an enterprise backend solution to eliminate manual warranty processing and keep a large product catalog strictly reconciled with Zoho Inventory, overcoming Shopify's webhook payload redaction and trigger limitations.
Solution
Delivered a complete, two-fold solution: First, customized the Liquid storefront theme from the ground up with native RTL styling, conversion-optimized checkout flows, and custom section components. Second, engineered a dedicated Shopify Remix backend app on Prisma + PostgreSQL, featuring a 5-tier voucher engine, WhatsApp notification pipelines (Infobip), two-way Zoho Inventory synchronization via GraphQL & OAuth2, and automated extended warranty surcharge calculation.

Results
Successfully built and launched the official Geepas Iraq Shopify storefront; 100/100 test pass rate on the custom app; 672/672 products reconciled with Zoho Inventory (bulk-creating 241 missing items via GraphQL); 100% automated warranty and WhatsApp voucher workflows.
